The full-year scholarships cover various university courses with the aim of helping scholarship holders train in a priority area for their respective country.
Applications for the Chevening, a UK scholarship program are open. The scholarships offer the opportunity to follow a one-year master’s program at one of the kingdom’s universities. They are open to around a hundred countries, including several in Africa.
Only nationals of eligible countries can apply provided they: commit to returning to their country for at least two years after the end of your scholarship, have an undergraduate academic degree, and have at least two years of professional experience . There are no age limits or social constraints imposed on candidates.
Applicants must apply to three different eligible UK university courses and receive an unconditional offer from one of these choices. Only UK-based, full-time courses starting in the autumn term and leading to a Master’s qualification are affected.
Throughout the duration of the training, the program will cover the costs of flights, accommodation and training costs.
Applications can be sent until November 7, 2023
