As such, the user expressly authorizes the publisher to use the user content for all promotional campaigns that it will undertake without compensation or recognition towards the user.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Le contrat est conclu pour une dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 compter de l\u2019acceptation par l\u2019utilisateur des pr\u00e9sentes CGU.
De plein droit, l\u2019\u00e9diteur se r\u00e9serve le droit de suspendre imm\u00e9diatement l\u2019acc\u00e8s au Site \u00e0 un utilisateur qui ne respecterait pas les r\u00e8gles \u00e9dict\u00e9es par les pr\u00e9sentes CGU ou qui irait \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de Ecomnews. L\u2019utilisateur en sera inform\u00e9 par courrier \u00e9lectronique et devra sous 48h cesser sa mauvaise utilisation du Site, sous peine d\u2019une suppression pure et simple de son compte.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n
